Returns are available for faulty or damaged goods. Please contact us at before retuning an item, detailing the reason for the return request. Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging. 2nd class postage will be refunded if the return is accepted.

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept earring returns unless the item is faulty. Personalised items cannot be returned (your statutory rights are not affected).


Unfortunately, we are unable to process any exchanges.

We would ask that that you return the faulty item for a full refund and re-order the item you need.


UK Customers should expect a refund within 21 days. International Customers may take slightly longer.
